Project Management: We deal with a number of local and national consultants that we have long term relationships with for the most efficient and cost-effective results. We currently manage projects, small and large on behalf of clients across the south of England. We use our management skills in strategic land, emerging or adopted allocations or sitting above planning teams to drive projects forward, with a close watch on viability and deliverability.

St Leonards (Brocks Pine) is being promoted for a mixed-use development of residential, commercial and leisure through the Dorset Local Plan call for sites and now has significant support from local bodies.
Alderholt is being promoted for a mixed-use development of residential and commercial through the Dorset Local Plan call for sites and this site has now been deemed a ‘Suitable Site’ through the Local Plan process. WHW with its Partners is preparing an application for the site to twin track the local plan process to show the deliverability of the scheme.
