W. H. White (WHW) specialises in Land Promotions and planning for landowners and private clients across the south of England on residential, commercial and leisure developments.
WHW is also part of a consortium of landowners which collectively control over 300 hectares of land in the north of Poole. WHW currently has a considerable land bank in the south and controls around 6000 potential building plots either through land owned directly, Promotion Agreements or Options.
WHW is also a partner to Canford Renewable Energy an experienced long-term operator and developer of renewable energy infrastructure.
Working in partnership with the Green Halo Partnership to deliver sustainable, environmentally friendly new family homes.
